My Story
The Masquerade of Life
Why I Talk About The Things We Hide.
You can perceive someone one way, while in reality, they are fighting to survive.
From the outside looking in, people saw what I wanted them to see. They saw a company director, an investor, a man navigating the business world. They saw a smile.
What they didn’t see was the devastating impact of losing my father to a debilitating disease at a young age. They didn’t see the silent downward spiral, the crippling anxiety, or the dark, secretive place that eventually led to intense suicidal thoughts.
When I was in the depths of my depression, I felt utterly alone. I felt isolated, convinced that no one could possibly understand what was happening inside my head.
But I survived. I didn't just find a way out; I learned how to flip the script.
I didn’t start this business for the money. I started it because I am deeply frustrated by the superficiality of the mental health conversation. Companies put up posters and draft elegant wellness policies, but they lack the raw, human experience required to actually open a safe channel of communication.
Every single person you cross paths with today has a problem they are hiding. By standing on stage and sharing my own raw, unfiltered journey, I lower the barrier. I give others permission to drop their masks.
Today, I use my personal battle alongside my professional training to transform workplaces from high-pressure pressure cookers into safe, highly productive environments built on mutual trust.
